I immigrated to the United States with my parents when I was 3 years old from Ethiopia.
As the first born, I felt an immense amount of pressure and responsibility to be successful to care for my family in the United States and Ethiopia.
I became a go-getter and a relentless dream chaser at a young age, and I neglected everything and everyone else along the way.
On one end, this ruthless mentality got me into my dream school: Stanford University. And on the other end, this ruthless mentality fatigued my body with stress, burnout, and overwhelm, so much so that I was facing multiple health problems by the time I was 18 years old.
Once I got to Stanford, I was happy beyond anything I could’ve imagined, and I noticed that everyone else was too!
And, that happiness lasted for about a week before we ALL reverted back to our usual state of unhappiness, manic hustling, stress, and burnout.
And that’s when I decided I would change.
I was FED UP.
I decided I couldn’t live my life the same way that I’ve done my whole life: my mind couldn’t do it and my body couldn’t afford it.
I decided to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Symbolic Systems and it opened up a new paradigm for me.
Symbolic Systems is a one of its kind, cutting-edge, and revolutionary major that combines Computer Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Philosophy, and Linguistics.
The foundation of my education (and my teachings) is that the human mind operates just like a computer program. A computer programs can be re-written to change how it operates, and since the human mind is a program, it too can be re-written to change a person’s thoughts, emotions, actions, habits, and identity.
During the height of COVID, using my Stanford training as my strong foundation, I conducted my own scholarly research to truly understand the human mind and body from multiple disciplines and perspectives.
I implemented everything I learned from my university education+research, my coaches, and my own realizations to tremendously reduce my stress and burnout rates and magnify my happiness and success.
Although I achieved massive transformation in my own life, I sadly looked around me and I saw people of all ages struggling with the same stress, burnout, and unhappiness that I used to struggle with.
So, I decided to use my education, research, and personal transformation to help you and your employees reduce their stress, prevent and recover from burnout, and increase their productivity and joy,

My self-care routine consists of meditation, journaling, healthy meals, exercising, and nourishing shower rituals on a daily basis.
I rarely feel panic or experience burnout, and I manage my stress so well I barely feel it.
